Tradition and quality from the Marche hills

Pastificio Tomassini was born from a deep connection with the territory of Petritoli, among the hills of the Fermo area in Le Marche. The company has its roots in a family farming tradition dating back to the 1950s, when wheat cultivation became its main activity. Pasta production represents the natural evolution of this tradition, transforming authentic raw materials into a product of excellence, faithful to the values of genuineness and sustainability.

Zero-kilometre production: from wheat to pasta through a short supply chain

One of the fundamental principles of Pastificio Tomassini is zero-kilometre production, which ensures the local origin of the ingredients, directly from the fields of the family farm. This approach reduces environmental impact and guarantees freshness and quality at every stage of the production process. The short and transparent supply chain enhances the territory and rural traditions, creating a product that tells the story and passion of the Tomassini family.

Quality, sustainability and authenticity in production

The company created its own pasta factory to transform its wheat into pasta, with particular attention to product wholesomeness, packaging care and processing quality. The aim is to share the fruits of agricultural work with consumers, offering a pasta that enhances the authentic flavour of wheat grown on the hills of the Fermo area.

With a philosophy focused on sustainability and quality, Pastificio Tomassini invites people to rediscover the pleasure of healthy eating, respectful of the rhythms of nature and tradition, without giving up innovation and the excellence of the finished product.
