Leccino Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% pure, sourced from the olive groves of Monte San Pietrangeli and Montegranaro, is a true jewel of the Marche region. Handpicked and harvested with shakers in the first and second week of October, and crushed with hammers at 2,800 rpm, this oil is obtained through cold extraction in a continuous two-phase cycle, followed by careful filtration to ensure its purity and quality.
The result is an intensely green oil, yielding 7-9 liters per 100 kg of olives, with excellent chemical and sensory analyses. On the nose, it is complex, broad, and intense, revealing scents of broom, lettuce, and cardamom. On the palate, it offers an intense green fruitiness, with hints of almond and artichoke, high-intensity spicy notes, medium bitterness, and a persistent aftertaste of artichoke and cut grass. Originating from an acrylic-clay soil with southeast exposure, and situated at an altitude of 240-300 meters above sea level, the olive grove is cultivated with a polyconic vase training system, with a density of 250 plants per hectare and an average production of 38 quintals per hectare.
