Purchase Methods
1. The products offered for sale by Marchigian are exclusively those present on the marchigian.com website at the time the order is placed, as described in the respective information sheets.
2. It is understood that the images accompanying the product description sheet are for informational purposes only and may not perfectly represent its characteristics, differing, for example, in color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view the images).
3. To place an order, the customer must complete the purchase and checkout form on the site in its entirety and submit it after carefully reviewing the terms and the characteristics of the product(s) they intend to purchase. The customer must also request from HQ Srls, if desired, the issuance of a fiscal invoice related to the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 D.p.R. n. 633/1972.
4. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by HQ Srls via an email response sent to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation message will briefly outline the purchase conditions, as required by applicable regulations, as well as the data entered in the order by the customer, so that they can verify them and promptly communicate any necessary corrections of incorrect data.
Prices and Payment Methods
1. The prices indicated on the site are inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment fees are communicated to the customer in advance through the site or these terms.

At no time and in no phase of the payment will HQ Srls be able to know the customer’s credit card information, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the bank’s website managing the transaction.
No HQ Srls computer archive will store such data, and therefore HQ Srls cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties during payment.
Credit Card payment is made through the PayPal circuit according to its specific methods.
