Tradition, quality and sustainability in organic flour production

Molino Agostini is an Italian excellence in the production of organic flour, a company deeply rooted in family farming tradition. With special attention to health and environmental protection, the company is now a point of reference for the production of organic flours, semolina and pasta.

The history of Molino Agostini: a journey between tradition and innovation

The history of Molino Agostini began at the end of the Second World War, when grandfather Emidio founded the company with the aim of creating quality products for the agricultural and food sectors. Initially, the business focused on milling, pasta making and oil production, soon becoming a point of reference for local production.

Over the decades, the company evolved and, with the third generation, completed its conversion to organic production. For almost 20 years, Molino Agostini has chosen to focus exclusively on the quality of cereals and the craftsmanship of the process.

Stone milling and organic quality: the secret of Molino Agostini flours

One of the distinctive features of Molino Agostini is its choice of stone milling, an ancient method that preserves the nutritional properties of cereals as much as possible. This slow, low-speed processing system prevents the grain from overheating, keeping vitamins, minerals, fibre and noble proteins intact. The result is a more digestible and nutritious flour, suitable for a healthy and balanced diet.

Molino Agostini flours are produced exclusively from cereals grown without pesticides or chemical fertilisers, in compliance with the strict standards of organic farming. In addition to traditional cereals, the company also works with alternative varieties such as amaranth and corn, expanding its product range to meet the needs of consumers who are increasingly attentive to quality.

All this is made possible thanks to collaboration with local farmers who share the vision of organic agriculture and respect for the environment. These farmers are supported by agricultural experts who guide them in the use of natural methods, such as crop rotation and the use of natural fertilisers.

A commitment to a greener future

The company philosophy is rooted in sustainability, with special attention to biodiversity and support for local crops.

For this reason, every bag of flour produced by Molino Agostini is the result of a controlled and certified supply chain, guaranteeing maximum transparency and quality for consumers.
