La Golosa farm, located in Montelparo at the foot of the Sibillini Mountains, was founded in 2006 from the passion of Maurizio Curi and his family for the land and its fruits. Specialised in the production of jams, juices, fruit in syrup and artisanal preserves, the company stands out for its authentic and natural approach: hand-processed fruit, with no additives or preservatives.

Set in an unspoilt valley, La Golosa enhances local varieties such as the Mela Rosa dei Monti Sibillini, focusing on biodiversity, seasonality and slow, non-invasive processing methods. Each product is created from simple recipes, based on fruit, sugar and lemon, to fully express the aromas, flavours and genuineness of the territory.

More than a production method, it is a philosophy: rediscovering the true taste of things, far from large-scale industry, and offering sensory experiences that tell the story of nature, tradition and the love for what is made with care.
