Cantina Vittorini was born from a passion for nature and viticulture, passed down from Domenico Vittorini to his grandson Nico Speranza, who now leads the winery. Located among the hills of the province of Fermo, in Le Marche, the winery represents a model of conscious and sustainable viticulture, where respect for the natural cycles of the vine is at the heart of production.
The estate stands out for its responsible approach to cultivation: in the vineyard, only copper and sulphur are used, reducing chemical treatments to a minimum, while in the cellar sulphites are limited to the bottling stage. This method makes it possible to obtain authentic and healthy wines, a pure expression of the Marche territory.
The vineyards of Cantina Vittorini are located between the municipalities of Monsampietro Morico and Montottone, a historically significant area that was once part of the defences of an ancient castle. Here, native grape varieties are cultivated, selected to fully enhance the potential of the terroir:
The vines are planted with close spacing, encouraging optimal grape ripening while maintaining a natural balance. The production process is also mainly manual, respecting the rhythms of nature and ensuring the highest quality at every stage.
In addition to organic viticulture, Cantina Vittorini is at the forefront in the use of sustainable technologies to reduce environmental impact. The estate uses geothermal and solar energy to produce hot water, lowering energy consumption and harmful emissions.
This focus on sustainability is reflected in every detail, from vineyard management to winemaking, helping to create authentic wines that respect the environment. This commitment is expressed in bottles that tell the story of the Fermo hills, a territory capable of producing wines of great quality and character.
Led by Nico Speranza, Cantina Vittorini carries forward a family heritage based on biodiversity, innovation and respect for nature, with the aim of offering wines that celebrate the identity of Le Marche.
