The La Campofilone truffle linguine is a gastronomic specialty that combines excellent raw materials and artisanal tradition. Thanks to the intense aroma of truffle and the quality of the egg pasta, each taste becomes a unique experience. Their production follows time-honored methods, ensuring perfect texture and refined taste.

Production begins in the 70 hectares of fields of the La Campofilone estate, located between the hills of Fermo and Macerata, in the Marche region. Here, an exclusive blend of four varieties of durum wheat is created, matured for six months after harvest. This process, in particular, allows for highly digestible pasta with a rich and structured dough.

La Campofilone Truffle Linguine: ingredients of quality for an authentic taste

The eggs used for the La Campofilone truffle linguine come from over 6,500 free-range hens, raised according to natural cycles in the village of Monsampietro Morico. The company feeds these hens with premium non-GMO grains, without animal proteins, colorants, or preservatives, respecting local agricultural traditions.

Farmers collect the eggs daily and use them in pasta production within three days of laying, ensuring freshness and exceptional quality. Subsequently, the pasta factory slowly dries the truffle linguine at low temperatures, preserving the aromatic intensity and perfect consistency to best retain the seasonings.
