Ho acquistato questo olio affumicato per provarlo su piatti semplici e devo dire che mi ha sorpreso. Ha un profumo intenso ma elegante, non invadente, e riesce a dare carattere anche a una ricetta molto essenziale. L’ho usato su una tartare di gamberi e su delle verdure grigliate: basta davvero poco per aggiungere una nota affumicata particolare e molto piacevole. Ottima anche la confezione, curata e perfetta per un regalo gastronomico diverso dal solito.
