The Offida DOCG Pecorino is made from pure Pecorino grapes, cultivated at an altitude of 250 meters on clay soils. In the vineyard, the principles of organic farming are strictly followed, with manual harvests ensuring the selection of the best grapes. In the cellar, fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in steel containers. The aging process, lasting 10 months, takes place in steel, cement, and Marc Grenier stock vats, giving the wine complexity and depth. In the glass, Pecorino Irata Clara Marcelli presents an intense and lively straw yellow color. On the nose, notes of aromatic herbs, ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, orange peel, and briny nuances reminiscent of the sea are perceived.
