The grapes are hand-picked in crates and come from vines with an average age of 20 years, rooted in clay soil with iron mineral components at about 200 meters above sea level. On the nose, the aromas are clear and distinct, with hints of red fruit on a background of delicate floral vein. The pleasantness of drinking and the immediacy of expression also characterize the tasting journey. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for a duration of 20-25 days, using indigenous yeasts and carrying out the malolactic fermentation always in steel.
