Confettura davvero deliziosa, dolce al punto giusto e con un sapore molto naturale. Si sente bene il gusto del cachi, morbido e avvolgente, senza risultare stucchevole.
L’ho provata sia a colazione su pane tostato sia in abbinamento a formaggi freschi: in entrambi i casi è stata una piacevole scoperta. Ottima anche per chi cerca un prodotto diverso dalle solite confetture, con un gusto autunnale e genuino.
