This method makes it possible to obtain authentic and healthy wines, a pure expression of the Marche territory.\r\n<h2>Native vineyards and the terroir of the Fermo hills<\/h2>\r\nThe vineyards of <strong>Cantina Vittorini<\/strong> are located between the municipalities of Monsampietro Morico and Montottone, a historically significant area that was once part of the defences of an ancient castle. Here, <strong>native grape varieties<\/strong> are cultivated, selected to fully enhance the potential of the terroir:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>Sangiovese and Montepulciano<\/strong>, two iconic red varieties from central Italy, perfect for expressing the structure and character of the Fermo hills.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Pecorino<\/strong>, a native white grape variety known for its freshness and savoury character.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Incrocio Bruni<\/strong>, a rare hybrid of <strong>Verdicchio and Sauvignon<\/strong>, which adds complexity and uniqueness to the winery\u2019s production.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nThe vines are planted with <strong>close spacing<\/strong>, encouraging optimal grape ripening while maintaining a natural balance. The production process is also mainly <strong>manual<\/strong>, respecting the rhythms of nature and ensuring the highest quality at every stage.\r\n<h2>The Marche identity in the cellar<\/h2>\r\nIn addition to <strong>organic<\/strong> viticulture, <strong>Cantina Vittorini<\/strong> is at the forefront in the use of <strong>sustainable technologies<\/strong> to reduce environmental impact. The estate uses <strong>geothermal and solar energy<\/strong> to produce hot water, lowering energy consumption and harmful emissions.\r\n\r\nThis focus on sustainability is reflected in every detail, from vineyard management to winemaking, helping to create <strong>authentic wines that respect the environment<\/strong>.
