The grapes come from vineyards about 20 years old, cultivated according to organic farming principles on clayey soils rich in iron components, located at an altitude of about 200 meters above sea level. The harvest is carried out manually, ensuring a careful selection of the best bunches.<\/p>\n

The winemaking process involves alcoholic fermentation in wood, in contact with the skins for 15-20 days, thanks to indigenous yeasts.
