The yield per hectare varies between 70 and 80 quintals, with a double Guyot training system on an average of 3,800 vines per hectare. <\/p>\n<p>The harvest is done manually, starting in the second decade of September for Sangiovese grapes and ending in mid-October with the collection of Montepulciano grapes.<\/p>\n<p>The vinification process involves placing the selected grapes separately in steel tanks for fermentation and maceration for 9-10 days. Subsequently, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, during which malolactic fermentation also occurs, keeping the batches separate based on the vineyard of origin. The blending of the batches takes place shortly before bottling, followed by further aging in the bottle for 5 months.  <\/p>\n<h2>Advice on Numa Rosso Piceno Superiore<\/h2>\n<p>In the glass, Numa&#8217;s Rosso Piceno Superiore DOC presents a bright garnet red color. On the nose, it expresses notes of red fruit and minerality, accompanied by herbal nuances.
